1. Non-Refundable Purchases

Since our courses consist of digital recorded content, once access is granted, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. This policy is in place to protect our digital materials and intellectual property.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If you were charged more than once for the same course.

  • If you did not receive course access after a successful payment.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your request.

 

If the refund is approved , it will take 7-10 working days to credit in your account.
